(Improves forehead wrinkles, scowl lines, and droopy eyebrows)
Anesthesia: General.
Location of operation: Hospital or Surgery Center.
Length of surgery: 30-90 minutes as Outpatient.
Discomfort: Mild; anticipate 0-4 days of prescription pain medication. May take only Tylenol.
Swelling and Bruising: Improve in 10-14 days. Swelling may be reduced through constant head elevation and frequent application of ice. Black eyes may develop temporarily as healing process progresses.
Bandages: May be removed in 1-3 days.
Stitches: May be removed in 7-10 days. If metal screws are used in surgery (for Endoscopic lift), screws will be removed in 10-14 days.
Contact Lenses: May be worn in 1 week.
Exercise: May be resumed in 2 weeks.
Presentable in public: In 7-14 days, with the help of makeup.
Work: You may feel capable of returning to work in 3 days, however, your appearance may be a limiting factor.
Final results: Will be seen in 4-6 weeks.
